The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and hold the necessary Texas Teacher and special education certifications.

This position involves developing classroom strategies, managing IEPs, and ensuring effective communication with students and parents. Ideal candidates are knowledgeable about diverse disabilities and fostering a conducive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Valid Texas Teacher Certificate or appropriate out-of-state Teaching Certificate.
• Special education certificate is mandatory.
• ESL Certification must be obtained during the first year.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the instructional program for students with special education needs.
• Implement IEPs and develop lesson plans.
• Conduct assessments and provide feedback to students and parents.
