Job summary

Aquent Talent is actively seeking a seasoned consultant to design and implement a centralized intake and capacity management framework for a beauty client. The role focuses on consolidating demand, optimizing resource allocation, and establishing governance with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

7+ years in Resource Management, DPM, Digital Operations, PMO or Operating Model Transformation in fast-paced environments.
5+ years implementing work management frameworks, capacity planning, and cross-functional governance.
Advanced Monday.com configuration; Jira/Confluence/Smartsheet experience.
Interest in lightweight AI tools, agentic workflows, and human-in-the-loop automations.

Responsibilities

Consolidate intake channels across marketing, site execution, and tech initiatives.
Design and configure a centralized Monday.com intake, prioritization, and portfolio tracking solution.
Develop FTE resourcing models to evaluate demand vs. capacity.
Establish governance forums with cross-functional stakeholders; define decisions and SLAs.
Drive adoption through documentation, training, and change management.
Identify no-code/low-code automation pilots and lightweight AI opportunities.
