Job summary

Aquent Talent’s Client Experience team seeks a seasoned consultant to assess, design, and implement a centralized work intake and capacity management framework across marketing, site execution, and tech initiatives. The role will consolidate fragmented channels, establish resourcing visibility, and balance annual strategy with ad-hoc projects while exploring lightweight AI and automation opportunities.

You will also define governance, SLAs, and decision rights, enabling data-driven trade-offs

Qualifications

7+ years in Resource Management or related roles in fast-paced environments.
5+ years hands-on experience implementing work management frameworks and capacity planning.
Advanced Monday.com configuration, dashboards, automation; working knowledge of Jira/Confluence/Smartsheet.
Interest in lightweight AI tools and no-code/low-code automations.
Retail/e‑commerce/agency background preferred.
Bachelor’s degree; PROSCI certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Consolidate intake channels into a centralized framework and single source of truth.
Design centralized Monday.com intake, prioritization, and portfolio tracking.
Develop resourcing models to balance demand and capacity.
Establish governance forums, SLAs, and decision rights.
Drive adoption with documentation and training for teams.
Pilot no-code/low-code automations and lightweight AI opportunities.
