Job summary

Advocate Health (WI Resource Team) seeks a Medical-Surgical RN for multi-site coverage in Wisconsin. Role includes night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM), self-scheduling with 6‑week float assignments, and supporting several facilities in the region.

Required: nursing degree, RN license, BLS and ACLS, and at least 2 years of Med-Surg experience. 0.9 FTE with weekend and holiday requirements, good safety and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in the practice state.
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred or required.
• Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Med Surg nursing care using the nursing process.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust plans, and communicate with care team.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation.
• Participate in float coverage across multiple sites as needed.
• Uphold patient safety and professional standards.
