Job summary

Advocate Health WI Float Pool is seeking a Med/Surg RN to provide flexible, high‑quality nursing care across multiple Wisconsin facilities. You will self‑schedule, float to 5–7 sites, mostly nights 1900‑0730, 12‑hour shifts, at 0.9 FTE with occasional weekend coverage.

Requirements include an accredited nursing program, active RN license in state, BLS and ACLS, and a minimum of two years Med/Surg experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program and RN license.
• Minimum 2 years Med/Surg RN experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Self-scheduling and multi-site float experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Med/Surg nursing care across multiple sites in WI.
• Self-schedule and float to 5–7 Advocate Health facilities as needed.
• Maintain patient safety, documentation and quality of care.
