Advocate Health’s Wisconsin Float Pool seeks experienced RNs for night shifts across multiple Wisconsin facilities. The role involves self-scheduling, day-to-day floating or 6-week site rotations, and supporting Medical Surgical care in a multi-site resource team.

Required are an accredited nursing program completion, RN license in the state, BLS and ACLS certifications, and a minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg experience. Eligible employees can access Advocate Health’s Student Loan Support.
