Job summary

Advocate Health's Wisconsin Float Pool seeks an experienced Med/Surg RN for self-scheduled, flexible shifts across multiple facilities. Nights 1900-0730, 12-hour shifts, and a requirement of 2 years Med/Surg experience with an active RN license; BLS and ACLS are required.

The role offers self-scheduling and cross-site nursing opportunities across zones. Work across 5–7 facilities, gaining diverse clinical exposure while benefiting from competitive pay, shift premiums, and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg RN experience.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Med/Surg nursing across multiple sites.
• Float between sites as assigned and maintain patient safety.
• Document care and adhere to schedules and unit standards.
