Job summary

Advocate Health in Wisconsin is seeking an Emergency Department RN for a 0.9–full-time float position across multiple facilities. You will provide high-quality nursing care, monitor patients, and collaborate with ED teams during night shifts and weekend rotations.

Requirements include an RN license, 1 year of clinical nursing experience, and BLS. ACLS/PALS preferred. Flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits available within the Wisconsin Resource Team.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a board-approved nursing program; active RN license with multi-state privileges.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in ED settings.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS/PALS may be preferred.
• Ability to work a weekend program or 0.9 FTE schedule with night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Float to multiple hospitals/units across Wisconsin division as needed.
• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care per protocols and patient needs.
• Administer medications and therapies following clinical guidelines.
• Document accurately in EHR and participate in team-based care.
