Aurora Health Care’s WI Float Pool provides adaptable, high-quality Med Surg nursing across multiple Wisconsin hospitals and units. Float RNs deliver care across settings, guided by organizational need, with flexibility and professionalism.

Candidates must have an accredited nursing program, a Wisconsin RN license, BLS and ACLS, and at least 2 years of Medical-Surgical RN experience. The role offers travel-like variety without travel, and a competitive compensation package.

Aurora Health (now part of Advocate Health) WI Float Pool is a multi‑site resource team supporting Medical Surgical (Med Surg) care across the Wisconsin division. Float RNs provide adaptable, high‑quality nursing care across multiple hospitals and units based on organizational need. Teammates must be flexible, skilled, and ready to deliver exceptional care in a wide variety of settings.

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing

• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association; and ACLS
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical RN experience required
