Job summary

ProMedica’s Toledo Hospital seeks a Resource Pool Staffing Coordinator to evenly distribute staff and ensure 24-hour nursing coverage. You will run staffing sessions, adjust assignments, and document outcomes in partnership with Nursing Leadership. The role emphasizes clear communication and independent work.

A supporting Associate degree is preferred, with 1–3 years clerical experience. Hours are part-time in the afternoons; you’ll use scheduling platforms and standard office software to

Qualifications

Education: High School graduation or equivalent.
Skills: Communicate clearly in writing and speech; problem identification and solving; basic math and data entry.
Computer skills: Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and scheduling platforms; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

Distribute staff resources equitably to cover shifts and ensure 24-hour nursing coverage.
Complete staffing sessions and adjust assignments; document staffing outcomes.
Collaborate with Nursing Leadership to fill vacancies and determine daily staffing needs.
Serve as liaison between Central Staffing and Nursing Leadership to foster teamwork.
