ProMedica Toledo Hospital is seeking a Resource Pool Staffing Coordinator to help ensure 24-hour nursing coverage by coordinating staffing sessions, adjusting assignments, and documenting outcomes. You will work with Nursing Leadership to fill vacancies and plan daily staffing needs, acting as a liaison between Central Staffing and Nursing Leadership to foster a high-performance, team-oriented atmosphere.

This part-time, afternoon-shift role at the Toledo campus supports a mission-driven health

Competenze

Education: High School graduation or equivalent.
Demonstrate oral and written communication, problem identification, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently with little supervision and maintain accuracy.
Basic computer skills, data entry/retrieval and scheduling platforms.
Willingness to learn new software and updates.
Ability to use copy/fax machines and perform basic math.
