Job summary

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training.
• Specialty certifications as required by individual nursing units.
• Twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during licensure period.
• At least 1 hour of contact hours related to Ohio nurse practice code and rules.
• Tier 4 Resource Pool RN must be able to work across multiple specialties at participating hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient plan of care and communicate with patient, families and health care team.
• Assess nursing needs, formulate diagnoses, and plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Collaborate with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals.
