Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Distribute staff resources equitably across ProMedica.
• Ensure 24-hour nursing staff coverage by completing staffing sessions and adjusting assignments.
• Document staffing outcomes and communicate with Nursing Leadership to fill vacancies.
• Act as a liaison between the Central Staffing office and Nursing Leadership to foster a high-performance, team-oriented atmosphere.
