Job summary

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training.
• Tier 3 Resource Pool RN must be available to work at all participating hospitals.
• Ohio licensure requires 24 contact hours of continuing education during licensure period.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plan with patient, families and health care team.
• Assess and formulate a nursing diagnosis; plan, implement and evaluate the care plan.
• Collaborate with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals.
• Promote patient-centered care and improve patient and staff satisfaction.
