Valley Regional Medical Center in Brownsville, TX is seeking an experienced Resource Nurse to support high-quality, patient-centered care across units. In this RN leadership role, you will mentor new graduates and those transitioning to new specialties, guide adherence to nursing standards, and help ensure regulatory compliance.

You will perform unit rounds, identify educational needs, escalate concerns, promote evidence-based practices, and coach staff on patient experience, safety, and

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required; Master's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of RN experience.
• 1+ years in a leadership role.
• 1+ years as a preceptor.
• BLS, ACLS; NIHSS within 90 days; CPI within 90 days; BERT within 90 days.
• NRP/PALS within 12 months.
