Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients seeking shelter or services with a welcoming, compassionate experience.
• Explain intake process, available services, and next steps clearly.
• Conduct client triage and screenings per procedures and document results.
• Collaborate with the Diversion Specialist to assist with housing problem-solving and referrals.
• Provide backup support for routine diversion activities when needed.
