Utah County Government seeks a Resource Integration Coach - Grant Funded to help families access housing, employment, and essential resources. Under the Human Services Manager, you will coordinate with the team to deliver integrated services and overcome barriers for economic stability.

You will meet families in multiple settings, leveraging resources to empower lasting outcomes while working Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. This is a grant-funded posting with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience working with families in crisis or poverty, or in social work, case management or community outreach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Human Services team to deliver integrated services to families.

Resource Integration Coach - Grant Funded POSTING #: 5200-0826

The Opportunity

Under general guidance and direction of the Human Services Manager, coordinates closely with the Human Services team to deliver comprehensive and integrated services to families. Provides resources and support to help families overcome systematic barriers and achieve long-term economic stability. Incumbents in this classification meet families in various community settings and provides tailored support to help access vital resources such as housing and employment.

• Grade: 719
• Starting Pay: $22.15 - $25.45 Hourly
• Schedule: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of working with families in crisis and poverty, or social work, case management and community outreach experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may also be considered.

Preferred Candidates Will Possess Some Of The Below Attributes

• Preference may be given to applicants with personal experience navigating poverty, housing insecurity, or systematic barriers.
• Preference may be given to applicants who are bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Preference may be given to applicants with experience in job placement and housing assistance.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

• Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and obtain a valid State of Utah driver's license within sixty (60) days of employment.
• Selected applicants will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
