Job summary

Utah County is seeking a Resource Integration Coach for a grant-funded position. You will coordinate with the Human Services team to deliver integrated services to families, providing resources to overcome barriers and promote long-term stability.

The role involves meeting families in community settings, offering tailored support to access housing and employment resources, and ensuring alignment with program goals and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of working with families in crisis and poverty, or social work, case management and community outreach experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Under general guidance and direction of the Human Services Manager, coordinates closely with the Human Services team to deliver comprehensive and integrated services to families.
• Provides resources and support to help families overcome systematic barriers and achieve long-term economic stability.
• Incumbents meet families in various community settings and provide tailored support to access vital resources such as housing and employment.
