• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Ability to balance evolving priorities while managing multiple active work orders.
• Professional phone demeanor with subcontractors and customers.
• Detail-oriented with real-time record keeping.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets, email, dispatching software, and web-based service platforms.
• Willingness to assist with after-hours responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and issue work orders to subcontractors for incoming service requests.
• Contact subcontractors to confirm availability, assign work, and obtain timely ETAs.
• Communicate ETAs, delays, status changes, and completion updates to the Service team or Account Manager.
• Monitor active work orders and follow up with subcontractors until completion.
• Maintain the Dispatch Board with real-time information.
• Check subcontractors in/out through IVR systems.
• Ensure subcontractors understand scope, site requirements, and required documentation.
• Request invoices, service reports, photos, and receipts from subcontractors after work is completed.
• Forward documentation for review and billing.
• Follow up on missing or incomplete documentation.
• Identify and source potential subcontractors in assigned markets.
• Dedicate time to subcontractor sourcing and onboarding three new subcontractors per month.
• Submit potential subcontractors for review.
• Assist with urgent service requests, including active leaks.
• Escalate coverage or performance concerns.
• Follow procedures for work-order assignment and after-hours support.
• Participate in team meetings and training.
• Provide occasional after-hours coordination.
• Perform other related duties.
