Job summary

Holland Roofing's National Accounts Office in McHenry, IL seeks a dependable Resource Coordinator to support our subcontractor network and service teams. You will issue work orders, track ETAs, monitor service requests, and maintain accurate dispatch information to enable prompt invoicing.

You will also help grow our network of qualified providers in underserved markets. The role requires clear communication, strong organization, and adaptability in a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• Prior background in service coordination, dispatching, construction, vendor management, or facilities maintenance is highly valued.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple active work orders.

Responsibilities

• Create and issue work orders to approved subcontractors for incoming service requests.
• Contact subcontractors to confirm availability, assign work, and obtain timely ETAs.
• Communicate ETAs, delays, status changes, and completion updates to the Service team or Account Manager.
• Monitor active work orders and follow up until completion.
• Maintain dispatch information with real-time accuracy.
• Check subcontractors in and out through IVR systems.
• Request invoices, service reports, and documentation from subcontractors after work is completed.
• Forward documentation for review and billing preparation.
• Identify and source potential subcontractors in assigned markets.
• Dedicate time to subcontractor sourcing and onboarding goals.
