Job summary

Kelso Industries is seeking a Resource Coordinator to recruit, staff, and allocate skilled trade personnel for project execution. You will work with Superintendents and Field Operations Managers to ensure the right workforce is available on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

The role centers on hiring execution, workforce planning, and maintaining visibility of manpower movements, while ensuring compliance and safety requirements are met across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical construction staffing or workforce management.
• Knowledge of local labor markets and trade schools.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams without direct authority.
• Familiarity with construction project scheduling and manpower planning.

Responsibilities

• Generate, monitor, and control Job Postings.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, and networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews; evaluate qualifications.
• Verify licenses, certifications, and work eligibility.
• Coordinate onboarding and hiring with HR and management.
• Maintain staffing trackers and tools.
• Assist with dispatching electricians and temp labor.
