Job summary

Omni Family of Services Tennessee Inc seeks a Resource Coordinator to manage referral treatment planning for foster and adoptive children, maximizing social functioning and permanency. You will ensure compliance with policies and regulations while coordinating with families and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field is required.
• For NC, a Master’s degree in a human service field is acceptable with required experience.
• Volunteer, practicum, or intern experiences with children and families are preferable.
• Proof of automobile insurance and a valid driver’s license are required.

As the Resource Coordinator you would be responsible for providing referral treatment planning for foster and adoptive children placed in a family or group setting to maximize the social functioning, safety, wellbeing, and permanency of the client. Tennessee Applicants:

The Resource Coordinator will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college with a major in social work or a related field. If the degree is in criminal justice, there must be a juvenile justice component. While not required, volunteer, practicum or intern experiences in programs/facilities that work with children and families are preferable.

North Carolina Applicants:

Bachelor's Degree in a human service field with a minimum of two years' experience working with child mental health population or a Master's Degree in a human service field with a minimum of 1 year experience working with child mental health population.
