Job summary

Omni Family of Services Tennessee Inc. is seeking a Therapist to deliver individual, group, and family therapy, and to participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning with annual clinical assessments and crisis intervention as needed.

We value trauma-responsive care and a commitment to safety, diversity and collaboration. Candidates should hold a Master’s degree in counseling or social work, have driver and insurance reliability, and be open to CPI de-escalation training.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or social work required.
• Experience with children with developmental and intellectual and/or physical disabilities desirable.
• Valid Driver’s License, Proof of Automobile Insurance and reliable transportation.
• First aid/CPR certification preferred; CPI de-escalation training required.

As the Therapist, you would be responsible for providing individual, group and family therapy, participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning by developing an annual comprehensive clinical/psychosocial assessment and crisis intervention consultation.

• A Master’s degree in counseling or social work.
• Desired experience working with children with developmental and intellectual and/or physical disabilities; any equivalent education and experience.
• Candidates must also have a good understanding of clinical diagnoses and interventions to address mental health conditions.
• Valid Driver’s License, Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation.
• Certified in first aid/CPR preferred. Certification in proper de-escalation techniques using Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), and universal precautions required.
