Job summary

Omni Family of Services Tennessee Inc. is seeking a Resource Coordinator to support foster and adoptive children by providing referral treatment planning within family or group settings.

You will work to maximize social functioning, safety, wellbeing, and permanency for clients, while adhering to agency policies and regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes collaboration, trauma-informed care, and dedication to advancing safety and healing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field is required for Tennessee applicants.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance are required.
• Must comply with all policies, OSHA, CMS, HIPAA, and state regulations.

As the Resource Coordinator you would be responsible for providing referral treatment planning for foster and adoptive children placed in a family or group setting to maximize the social functioning, safety, wellbeing, and permanency of the client. Tennessee Applicants: The Resource Coordinator will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college with a major in social work or a related field. If the degree is in criminal justice, there must be a juvenile justice component. While not required, volunteer, practicum or intern experiences in programs/facilities that work with children and families are preferable.
