Job summary

Omni Family of Services Tennessee Inc seeks a Resource Coordinator to provide referral treatment planning for foster and adoptive children placed in family or group settings to maximize safety, wellbeing, and permanency.

You will perform duties in alignment with the mission and policies of Omni, while complying with OSHA, CMS, HIPAA and state regulations. Omni is 100% employee-owned and ESTEEM values guide daily work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field; if degree is in criminal justice, must include juvenile justice component.
• Volunteer, practicum or intern experiences with children and families preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide referral treatment planning for foster and adoptive children to maximize social functioning, safety, wellbeing and permanency.
• Ensure all duties align with Omni policies, OSHA, CMS, HIPAA and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with team to support clients and families in the community.

As the Resource Coordinator you would be responsible for providing referral treatment planning for foster and adoptive children placed in a family or group setting to maximize the social functioning, safety, wellbeing, and permanency of the client. Tennessee Applicants: The Resource Coordinator will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college with a major in social work or a related field. If the degree is in criminal justice, there must be a juvenile justice component. While not required, volunteer, practicum or intern experiences in programs/facilities that work with children and families are preferable.
