Ideal candidates have a JD and experience in corporate law with EGVC exposure, strong drafting skills, and a passion for process improvement and change management.

Qualifications

• Experience as Corporate attorney with venture capital exposure.
• Understanding of attorney workflows in corporate practice.
• Advanced drafting, research, and content development skills.
• Proven project management and process-improvement abilities.
• Interest in practice support, technology, and change management.
• Familiarity with legal technologies including document automation and AI tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update the corporate resource plan with leadership.
• Create and maintain precedent collections, forms, and content.
• Communicate legal and market developments promptly.
• Analyze market trends and optimize the firm's experience database.
• Enhance collaboration across attorneys and offices using communication tools.
• Improve workflows and matter management processes with technology.
• Design and deliver training programs for the practice.
• Draft client alerts and practice updates related to EGVC developments.
• Collaborate with various departments to promote tools and resources.
• Participate in meetings to share best practices and align initiatives.
