Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Resource Attorney to develop and optimize resources for the Emerging Growth and Venture Capital practice. The role supports the corporate resource strategy, creates and updates practice assets, and leverages technology to enhance efficiency and client service.

Flexible for remote work. Qualifications include prior corporate attorney experience (EGVC preferred), strong drafting, research, and content development skills, and solid project management.

Qualifications

• Experience as Corporate attorney with Emerging Growth or Venture Capital exposure.
• Understanding of attorney workflows and resource needs in a corporate practice.
• Advanced drafting, research, and content development skills.
• Strong project management and process improvement abilities.
• Interest in practice support, technology, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update the corporate resource plan in partnership with practice leadership.
• Create and maintain precedent collections, forms, and other practice content.
• Communicate relevant legal and market developments promptly.
• Analyze market trends and optimize the firm's experience database.
• Enhance collaboration across attorneys and offices using communication tools.
• Improve workflows and matter management processes with technology solutions.
• Design and deliver training programs for internal and client-facing purposes.
• Draft client alerts and practice updates related to EGVC developments.
• Collaborate with various departments to promote tools and resources.
• Participate in meetings to share best practices and align initiatives.
