Qualifications

• Advanced legal drafting, research, and content development skills.
• Experience as Corporate attorney, ideally with Emerging Growth or Venture Capital exposure.
• Familiarity with attorney workflows and resource needs in a corporate practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update the corporate resource plan in collaboration with practice leadership.
• Create and maintain precedent collections, forms, and other content.
• Communicate legal and market developments promptly.
• Analyze market trends and optimize the firm's experience database.
• Enhance collaboration through communication tools and content platforms.
• Improve workflows and matter management processes using technology.
• Design and deliver training programs for internal and client-facing purposes.
• Coordinate contributions from attorneys within the practice.
• Draft client alerts and updates related to EGVC developments.
• Collaborate with departments to promote tools and resources.
• Participate in meetings to share best practices and align initiatives.
