Qualifications

• Experience as a corporate attorney, ideally with EGVC or related experience.
• Understanding attorney workflows and resource needs.
• Advanced legal drafting and research skills.
• Project management and process-improvement ability.
• Interest in practice support and technology.
• Familiarity with legal technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update the EGVC practice's corporate resource plan.
• Create and maintain precedent collections, forms, and checklists.
• Communicate relevant legal and market developments.
• Analyze market trends and key metrics.
• Enhance collaboration across attorneys and offices.
• Improve workflows and matter management processes.
• Utilize technology for efficiency, including AI tools.
• Design and deliver training programs.
• Coordinate contributions from attorneys within the practice.
• Draft client alerts and practice updates.
• Collaborate with various internal teams.
• Promote tools and resources within the Corporate Department.
• Participate in practice meetings to share best practices.
