Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Resource Attorney to join the Corporate group in Atlanta, GA. This role supports the Emerging Growth & Venture Capital practice by developing core practice assets, improving workflows, and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and client service.

The position offers flexibility for remote work and requires a JD with strong drafting, communication, and project management skills. Experience in corporate practice and EGVC is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Corporate attorney, ideally with Emerging Growth, Venture Capital experience.
• Understanding of attorney workflows in a corporate practice.
• Advanced legal drafting and research skills.
• Project management and process improvement experience.
• Interest in practice support and technology.

Responsibilities

• Create and update the EGVC practice's corporate resource plan.
• Create and maintain precedent collections, forms, and checklists.
• Communicate relevant legal and market developments.
• Analyze market trends and experience data.
• Enhance collaboration across attorneys and offices.
• Improve workflows and matter management processes.
• Utilize technology for efficiency, including AI tools.
• Design and deliver training programs.
• Draft client alerts and practice updates.
• Collaborate with various internal teams.
• Promote tools and resources within the Corporate Department.
• Participate in department meetings to share best practices.
