You will lead resource planning, create templates, and monitor market trends while coordinating with attorneys across offices. JD required; strong drafting, communication, and legal tech skills are essential.

Qualifications

• J.D. required with admission to the state where the office is located.
• Experience as corporate attorney, preferably with EGVC exposure.
• Understanding of attorney workflows and resource needs.
• Advanced drafting and legal research skills.
• Project management and process-improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update the EGVC practice's corporate resource plan.
• Create and maintain precedent collections, forms, and checklists.
• Communicate relevant legal and market developments.
• Analyze market trends and experience data.
• Enhance collaboration across attorneys and offices.
• Improve workflows and matter management processes.
• Utilize technology for efficiency, including AI tools.
• Design and deliver training programs.
• Draft client alerts and practice updates.
• Collaborate with various internal teams.
• Promote tools and resources within the Corporate Department.
• Participate in practice meetings to share best practices.
• Perform other duties as requested, including occasional travel.
