Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Washington state conducts in-person marketing with prospective and current owners at our resorts. You will greet guests, present, and incentivize attendance at a sales-preview tour to drive interest and sales.

Responsibilities include qualifying prospects, booking tours, and collecting deposits while collaborating with resort staff. Ongoing training and performance goals shape a dynamic, incentive-driven role.

Qualifications

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Sales/marketing experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer usage.

Responsibilities

• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation.
• Screen and qualify potential customers according to company guidelines.
• Schedule sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
• Attend training sessions and maintain performance goals weekly, monthly and annually.
