Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a dynamic sales professional to establish rapport with prospective and current owners, present the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure, and maintain a positive attitude in a high-energy environment.

You will conduct face-to-face presentations at our state-of-the-art sales centers, generate sales through initiating transactions and closing techniques, and participate in ongoing training to sharpen product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience preferred, not required.
• Must have real estate and/or timeshare license or ability to obtain one.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Initial Paid Training covering our sales process, product knowledge, and psychology of the sale.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face presentations in state‑of‑the‑art sales centers.
• Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners and articulate benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure.
• Generate sales through initiating transactions and closing techniques.
• Leads are prequalified and provided by the company; attend ongoing training.
• Maintain performance goals and stay current on sales information and industry trends.
