Job summary

Pet Paradise is seeking pet-loving leaders for the Resort Supervisor role in Ocala, FL. You will supervise resort associates and coordinators, provide training and coaching, and help ensure every guest pet receives excellent daily care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass criminal background check.
• Comfortable leading by example and coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct supervision of Resort Associates and Playtime Coordinators, including coaching and training.
• Assisting management with training, directing work, and performance reviews.
• Reporting hazards or behavioral issues to the management team.
• Maintaining cleanliness of suites and guest areas and daily care for all guests.
• Supporting LMS courses and training guides for team members.
• Performing additional duties as required by management.
