Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of Resort Associates and Playtime Coordinators, including leading, training, and coaching based on company standards.
• Assist management with training employees, assigning and directing work, coaching, and conducting performance reviews.
• Report and document hazards or behavioral problems involving guests or employees to management.
• Maintain cleanliness of suites and guest areas; feed, exercise, and provide daily care for all guests.
• Assist new and existing team members in completing LMS courses and training guides.
• Perform additional duties as required by management.
