Job summary

Pet Paradise is seeking a Resort Supervisor to lead our pet-care team and uphold high standards for guest suites and daily care. The role involves supervising associates and assisting with training, scheduling, and performance reviews, while ensuring safety and cleanliness across all areas.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising pet-care staff and leading teams.
• Ability to train and coach employees to company standards.
• Comfortable with physical tasks and pet handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of Resort Associates and Playtime Coordinators.
• Assist management with training, scheduling and performance reviews.
• Maintain cleanliness of suites and guest areas; care for guests.
• Ensure team completes LMS courses and training guides.
• Report hazards or behavioral concerns to management.
