Job summary

Pet Paradise is seeking a Resort Supervisor in Florida to lead a team of resort associates and playtime coordinators. You’ll supervise, coach, and ensure adherence to standards while promoting guest and pet welfare.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to handle physical tasks, and flexibility for varied schedules. Enjoy extensive training and advancement opportunities across the Southeast.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–2 years related experience.
• Strong organizational, cash management, and sales skills.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfortable leading by example and hands-on task management.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and be around dogs.
• Valid driver’s license and background check clearance.
• Flexibility for reserve scheduling including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Resort Associates and Playtime Coordinators; lead, train, and coach.
• Assist management with training, assigning work, coaching, and reviews.
• Report hazards or behavioral issues to management.
• Maintain cleanliness of suites and daily care for guests.
• Support LMS courses and training guides for the team.
• Perform additional duties as required.
