Pet Paradise is looking for a capable Resort Supervisor to lead our team of Resort Associates and Playtime Coordinators, ensuring top-quality pet care and adherence to standards. The role emphasizes hands-on management, training, and guest safety.

The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Significant physical labor including pet handling, walking and cleaning suites.
• Strong organizational, cash handling and sales skills.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Hands-on leader who leads by example.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and be around dogs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to resort schedule: days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Valid driver's license and background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of Resort Associates and Playtime Coordinators.
• Assist management with training, assigning work, coaching and reviews.
• Report hazards or behavioral issues to management.
• Maintain cleanliness of suites and care for guests.
• Help team complete LMS courses and training guides.
• Perform additional duties as required by management.
