Camelback Resort in the Poconos is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to bring the brand to life across social channels, the website, and on-property experiences. This in-person, year-round role requires a storyteller who can capture guests’ attention with photography, video, and copy.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• Three+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or hospitality.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple social platforms for a brand or organization.
• Strong photography, short-form video, editing, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Experience responding to guest comments, DMs, and online reviews.
• Experience working with a website content management system.
• Proficiency with analytics, SEO basics, and digital reporting.
• Capable with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute social media strategies supporting brand, campaigns, events, promotions, and revenue goals.
• Create, capture, edit, and publish engaging photo, video, and written content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.
• Maintain a social media content calendar reflecting seasonal priorities and resort initiatives.
• Write brand-aligned captions, stories, scripts, and promotional copy.
• Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitive activity for new opportunities.
• Attend resort events to capture real-time content.
• Collaborate with departments to highlight lodging, skiing, dining, and events.
• Coordinate influencer and user-generated content as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and manage Google reviews.
• Ensure content follows brand standards and tone across channels.
