Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to lead editorial direction for photo, video, and written content across channels. You will guide production priorities, provide creative briefs, and ensure stories reflect the guest experience and brand voice.

You will manage a small content team and partners, leveraging audience insights and performance data to drive engagement and conversions. A strong storytelling background and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in content strategy, production, editorial publishing, or a related field.
• Experience using performance data to evaluate content and improve results.
• Experience leading creative projects and managing content distribution across social platforms.
• Ability to mentor staff and collaborate across teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and oversee the resort’s content strategy aligned with brand goals.
• Turn audience insights and performance data into editorial plans for content creation and distribution.
• Set production priorities in collaboration with marketing to serve across channels.
• Provide clear briefs establishing audience, purpose, and use of each project.
• Lead social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
• Partner with operations and product teams to showcase guest experiences and offerings.
• Oversee content library, assets, and usage permissions for efficient reuse.
• Mentor and manage the Social Media & Content Coordinator and Photo/Video Specialist.
