Palisades Tahoe is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to lead content planning and social media across channels, shaping editorial direction for photo, video, and written content. You will guide storytelling, use audience insights, and mentor the Content Coordinator and Photo/Video Specialist.

You will collaborate with the marketing team and mountain operations to ensure content supports guest experience and product choices. This role is central to engaging guests year-round.

Qualifications

• Strong editorial judgment and ability to translate insights into plans.
• Experience developing content plans and briefs from audience data.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor teams and production partners.

Responsabilités

• Develop and oversee the resort's content strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
• Translate audience insights into editorial plans for content creation and distribution.
• Lead photo, video, and editorial production priorities with the marketing team.
• Provide clear creative direction through briefs for each project.
• Guide storytelling reflecting Palisades Tahoe's character and culture.
• Build recurring content series and maintain a publishing calendar.
• Lead social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
• Collaborate with mountain operations and other teams to share authentic guest experiences.
• Establish content performance measures linked to engagement and purchases.
• Share findings and recommendations with the marketing team.
• Mentor the Social Media & Content Coordinator and Photo/Video Specialist.
