Job summary

Bluestar Resort & Golf is hiring a Server at Trilogy at La Quinta, CA. The role involves serving guests in the restaurant, bar, and patio, learning the resort's dining standards, and delivering friendly hospitality.

Training will cover menu knowledge, upselling resort services, and maintaining an energetic guest experience. The position requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, with eligibility for medical benefits after 60 days for full-time staff and 120 hours PTO per year,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One to three months’ related server experience preferred.
• Must meet state and federal minimum age requirement for serving alcohol.
• Current Food Handlers Card and TIPS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in an energetic and friendly fashion.
• Provide hospitality by knowledge of the resort facilities and dining area.
• Write orders; relay food orders to kitchen and beverage orders to bartender.
• Serve and clear tables following service etiquette and procedures.
• Ensure correct charges and handle cash/card transactions.
