Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf seeks a professional Server to deliver prompt, friendly service in the Trilogy Bickford Ranch dining areas. You will greet guests, take and relay orders, and ensure guests enjoy the resort experience across restaurant, bar, and patio.

Position includes a full-time schedule with pay of $16.90 per hour plus tips. Benefits include medical, dental, life insurance, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) plan. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 months’ server experience preferred.
• Must meet state and federal minimum age requirement for serving alcohol.
• Current Food Handlers Card and TIPS Certification.
• Ability to follow BlueStar dining standards.
• Basic math for discounts and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests promptly in restaurant, bar, and patio.
• Relay orders to kitchen and bar accurately.
• Serve and clear tables following service etiquette.
• Engage with guests to ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Maintain solid knowledge of resort services and menus.
• Report safety concerns to a supervisor.
