Job summary

Massanutten Resort is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional guest service, take food and beverage orders, and provide information about the resort and surrounding areas. You will greet guests, maintain a clean and organized service area, and uphold safety and sanitation policies.

The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to adhere to ABC regulations, and availability for varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding and ability to adhere to ABC regulations and policies.
• Must be at least 18.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Upsell products whenever possible.
• Maintain an orderly and clean work area.
• Process payments and accurately make change using point of sale system.
• Complete assigned tasks including wrapping silverware, cleaning windows, cleaning floors and carpets, filling and stocking condiments.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
