Job summary

This role requires strong leadership, calm decision-making in emergencies, and strict adherence to safety and security policies. Proficiency with incident reporting and communication with hotel management is essential. Experience in casino environment preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Preferred three years casino security or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be able and willing to carry a firearm and obtain permits.
• Flexibility to work nights and long shifts.
• Ability to stay calm and decisive during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shift activity and ensure tasks are completed as assigned.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with Hotel Management as needed.
• Provide clear instructions to team members and guests for safety.
• Maintain security posture and enforce Westgate policies and procedures.
• Document incidents and prepare shift reports; communicate updates to management.
