Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas is seeking a Security Team Member to safeguard guests and staff while delivering high-level customer service. You will respond to incidents, assist guests, and coordinate with local law enforcement as required by policy.

The ideal candidate is at least 21 years old with prior security experience, can communicate in English, and presents a polished appearance. Flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• At least 1 year of security experience in high-volume settings.

Responsibilities

• Report incidents of theft, vandalism, or violations.
• Uphold law and order with local law enforcement as needed.
• Administer first aid and assist injured guests or team members.
• Answer guest questions and communicate venue information via radio.
• De-escalate volatile situations and remove disruptive guests when needed.
• Respond to calls for service and communicate status with management.
• Detain individuals if necessary per policy and law.
• Maintain security and crowd control; report violations to SCC.
