The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando in Winter Garden, FL is seeking a Security Officer to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues. You will patrol the property, respond to incidents, and document events with accuracy.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/First Aid certification, and a valid driver’s license; prior law enforcement or military experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Experience in law enforcement or military is preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class service by responding promptly to guest requests and concerns.
• Patrol the hotel, identify security risks, and maintain a safe environment.
• Address violations of hotel policies or laws to protect guests and staff.
• Accurately document and report all incidents.
