Job summary

Orange Lake Resort in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Security Officer dedicated to guest safety and service. You will be a visible deterrent, respond to incidents, and support emergencies with a professional, guest-focused demeanor.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, documenting visitors, patrolling the property, and coordinating with emergency services when needed. A valid driver’s license and 18+ age are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of hotel or retail experience with high customer contact preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• Have a guest focused posture and attitude with knowledge of safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them around the resort; document all visitors entering the property.
• Act as first responder to accidents; administer first aid and contact emergency services when required.
• Patrol the resort to ensure safety of guests, employees, and assets; address hazards per procedures.
• Identify and engage any suspicious persons and limit liability.
• Dispatch calls accordingly.
