Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Oceanside, CA is seeking an in-person marketing specialist to engage prospective and existing owners at our resort properties. You’ll greet guests, schedule presentations, and lead sales-tour experiences with confidence and brand integrity.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales/marketing or a strong customer-focus, with solid MS Office skills. Pay starts at $16.90–$18.90 hourly plus commissions, with target earnings around $75k and top performers earning $118k+.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team in a shared space.

Responsibilities

• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation.
• Schedule sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Partner with resort staff and maintain brand standards.
