Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an in-person marketing associate to engage prospective and current owners at resorts, inviting them to sales presentations and tours.

You will greet guests, present offers, and schedule tours while coordinating with resort staff to ensure a smooth guest experience. The role offers hourly pay plus commissions and a comprehensive benefits package, with training and ongoing performance goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Sales/marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation and tour.
• Schedule and reserve sales-tours and collect deposits per company guidelines.
• Attend scheduled trainings and meetings, stay updated on marketing materials and industry trends, set and review goals weekly, monthly and annually.
